Questions we hear often
Is this a document vault?
No. KulDhan never stores files or photos. It tracks where things are — like "the deed is in the Mumbai bank locker" — in plain text.
Who can see how much my property is worth?
Only the owner, by default. Everyone else with access sees that the property is tracked — not its value — unless you choose to share it.
What if a family member doesn't want to install anything?
Give them View only access for the one property they check on, or don't invite them at all — you can track things on their behalf instead.
Is Individual or Family a subscription?
No. Both are a single payment covering three years. After that, renewing keeps your account running: Individual renews at whatever Individual costs at the time, shown to you before you confirm; Family renews at the price your family originally paid, locked in even if the price for new customers has changed. It's not an auto-renewing subscription; you're notified before any charge.
What happens if I stop paying after the three years?
Your account moves to read-only access — you keep everything already on your device, at full scope, for as long as you want. Nothing is deleted, and editing resumes the moment you renew.
Can more than one family member manage the same property?
Yes. Ownership can be split by percentage across multiple family members, and each person's access level (Full access, View only, Local proxy) controls what they can see and do.
When is KulDhan available on the App Store or Google Play?
