FAQ

Questions we hear often

Is this a document vault?

No. KulDhan never stores files or photos. It tracks where things are — like "the deed is in the Mumbai bank locker" — in plain text.

Who can see how much my property is worth?

Only the owner, by default. Everyone else with access sees that the property is tracked — not its value — unless you choose to share it.

What if a family member doesn't want to install anything?

Give them a Local Proxy role for the one property they check on, or don't invite them at all — you can track things on their behalf instead.

Is Individual or Family a subscription?

No. Both are a single payment covering three years. After that, an annual renewal — priced based on overall usage, market conditions, and infrastructure costs at the time — keeps your account running. It's not an auto-renewing subscription; you're notified before any charge.

What happens if I stop paying after the three years?

Your account moves back to read-only access with the Free plan's limits. Nothing is deleted — you can renew any time to pick up where you left off.

Can more than one family member manage the same property?

Yes. Ownership can be split by percentage across multiple family members, and each person's role (Owner, Full Access, View Only, Local Proxy) controls what they can see and do.

When is KulDhan available on the App Store or Google Play?

We're in active development. Reach out below and we'll let you know the moment it's ready to test.
