Terms of Service
How KulDhan is intended to operate at launch.
1. What KulDhan is for
KulDhan helps you and your family track properties, bills, renewals, responsibilities, and emergency information from a distance. It is an organizational tool — it does not process payments on your behalf, provide legal or financial advice, or guarantee that any bill, tax, or renewal will be paid on time. You remain responsible for verifying and acting on everything you track in the app.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for what happens under your account. If you invite family members, you're responsible for the access level you grant them. You can remove a family member's access at any time from More › Family Members.
3. Your data
Everything you enter stays on your own device and your own iCloud (or equivalent storage) — KulDhan does not store or have visibility into your data on its servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details. Because of this, KulDhan cannot recover data you delete or lose from your own device. KulDhan is not responsible for the accuracy, security, or consequences of the data you choose to enter — never store sensitive identifiers such as SSNs, Aadhaar, PAN, passport numbers, or bank account numbers anywhere in the app. On a Family plan, anything you enter is shared with other family members according to the access level you've assigned them.
4. Plans and billing
Free accounts include 1 user, 1 real property, and 1 real reminder, plus view-only sample data to explore the app. Individual and Family are one-time purchases covering 3 years each — not annual subscriptions. Renewing after 3 years is something you choose to do, not an automatic charge, and the renewal price depends on the plan: Individual renews at whatever Individual costs at the time, shown to you before you confirm; Family renews at the price your family originally paid, locked in even if the price for new customers has since changed. If you don't renew right away, your access moves to a read-only mode — you keep seeing everything already on your device for as long as you want, with editing and new features resuming as soon as you rejoin. No payment is being charged in this prototype.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use KulDhan to store or transmit anything unlawful, to harass or abuse others (including through the Nidhi assistant), or to attempt to access another family's account without authorization.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from More › Privacy Information › Delete Account. Deleting your own access never deletes the shared family account or other members' access. We may suspend accounts that violate the acceptable use terms above.
7. Changes to these terms
If KulDhan launches publicly, material changes to these terms will be announced in the app before they take effect.
